Soul Killer Creation

So i had an idea....and this is the end result. 

I imagined him to be a creature that hunts others for their souls, and keeps them locked in the charm that hangs from his neck. In rare cases he keeps the skulls from his victims, which is how he ended up with the skull he uses for a mask and the canine skull that decorates his tail. Sometimes he'll pluck a feather or two to add to the ones already in his tail. He also has beads in his tail and on the twine that hangs from his antlers, nobody knows where he got them from. The scars are from his many battles with his victims, the scar over his eye caused him to go blind. His other eye is fine, and is cold icy blue in color.

Update - 1/28/15 I think i'm going to make some changes to him once i actually get a computer that is up and running that has PSE. His body looks plain... *ideas*
